All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

We accept returns within 14 days of your confirmed delivery date. A return fee of €7.50 applies and is deducted from your refund. To be eligible, items must be:
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly indicated on the product page before purchase.
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item you received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect. A €7.50 return fee is deducted from all EU returns.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@veamoda.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
